Fix Noon content issues in bulk, without the guesswork

Upload a Noon Content Export or NIS file, work through your products in controlled batches, and download a cleaner workbook plus a report of everything that still needs a human decision.

Why content issues pile up

A catalog rarely breaks in one place. One product has the wrong category, the next is missing its Arabic title, another points to a WebP image Noon will reject. Fixing these one by one in Seller Lab is honest work, but at hundreds of products it becomes weeks of clicking.

The Bulk Issue Fixer reads your Content Export or NIS spreadsheet, checks the fields Noon cares about, and splits the work into batches of 20, 50, or 100 products so every fix stays auditable.

How the guided fix works

Step 1 — Category: the tool suggests a category path from the official taxonomy based on your product title. You confirm or correct each suggestion; weak matches are shown as “No confident match” rather than guessed.

Step 2 — Brand: brands are checked and normalized. Unknown or missing brands are flagged for your decision — the tool never invents a brand.

Step 3 — Arabic title: missing Arabic titles are filled from a verified glossary where the wording is known, and left for you where it is not.

Each product also receives a Listing Health Score (0–100) so you can see at a glance which listings are live-ready and which need attention.

What stays manual — on purpose

Some fixes genuinely need you: choosing a category the portal suggests, replacing a bad image with a better source file, or confirming a brand in Seller Lab. Those items appear in a manual queue with the exact value, the exact problem, and the exact next action — never a vague “look at this” flag.

Final downloads unlock only after every batch is complete, so nothing half-reviewed slips into your upload file.

Who it is for

Sellers with 50 to 10,000 products sitting in “Content Issues”, catalog managers cleaning up after a bulk import, and anyone who wants a repeatable pre-upload routine instead of fixing the same mistakes every month.

Frequently asked questions

Reading the Listing Health Score

Every product in a batch receives a Listing Health Score from 0 to 100, computed from title quality, Arabic-title presence, brand validity, category confidence, and image count, size, and format. The score is a triage aid, not a grade: a product at 45 is not “bad”, it is a product whose blockers are now named.

Work the batch from the lowest scores upward. In practice, the bottom 20% of scores usually contains 80% of the real blockers — missing categories, dead image URLs, blank Arabic titles. Clearing those first is what moves the “Content Issues” count.

Batch mistakes to avoid

From fixer to routine: the weekly cadence

One-off cleanups decay. Catalogs drift: new supplier feeds arrive with the same old mistakes, team members improvise categories, image hosts change. The sellers who stay clean run the fixer on a cadence — weekly for active catalogs, monthly for stable ones — and treat the health-score trend as their KPI.

Each run gets faster: the first pass finds the systemic problems, later passes catch only new arrivals. Export the report each time; a shrinking manual queue is proof the process is working.

Integrating with your NIS workflow

  1. Export: pull a fresh Content Export from Seller Lab.
  2. Fix: run the batch workflow — confirm categories, brands, Arabic titles.
  3. Validate: run the output through the NIS Validator before it goes anywhere.
  4. Upload: import in Seller Lab, starting small.
  5. Log: record the import ID, date, and SKUs in your own tracker.
Will the Bulk Issue Fixer upload the file to Noon for me?

No. The tool prepares a clean NIS workbook in your browser; you upload it yourself in Seller Lab under Imports. NoonFixer never signs in to your seller account.

Does it change my categories automatically?

No. Category suggestions come from the official taxonomy and always wait for your confirmation. Anything uncertain is left blank rather than guessed.

What file formats can I upload?

XLSX, XLS, or CSV — either a Noon Content Export or an NIS template file. The tool detects the data sheet automatically.

Is there a limit on products?

You can load large catalogs; processing happens in batches of 20, 50, or 100 so each batch stays reviewable.
